We have a small collection of handmade silk bow ties, new and unused 'deadstock'. We think they are quite delightful, they are ready tied so no louche draping of an untied bow tie at the end of the evening like James Bond but much less fiddly to put on in the first place! Adjustable to fit different neck sizes. This one is made from a very soft vintage Japanese silk Kimono that has been unstitched, so a recyled fabric. It's in delicate and muted tones of green, black and maroon paisley on an ivory background, very understated and elegant. The fabric label sewn into the back of the tie is Hocus Pocus. It's clear from the hand stitching that it is a handmade bow tie so individual, vintage and unique, a perfect Chistmas gift for him.
