This is a very neat and stylish, soft sided clutch bag, which is of excellent quality and in excellent condition. It is in a wallet style. The suede exterior is in excellent but not 'as new' condition. It is in a very attractive harlequin pattern, crisscrossed with thin strips of snakeskin. The bag is also edged in snakeskin. Inside, the clutch bag consists of two zipped compartments, one on either side of the bag. These compartments are faced in top quality, softest dark red leather which is in unscratched clean condition. The zips are in working order and the bag is secured with a popper. The substantial gilt chain is fixed inside the bag so can be tucked inside or removed.
An unusual suede clutch and typical of it's era. It would be suitable for smart or casual wear, with or without the chain, and because it is so slim, is just large enough to accommodate essentials, phone, credit cards etc.
