This is a very attractive and striking scarf in colours which are actually brighter than they appear in the photos. It is not perfect in that it does have some marks but quite slight and not too obvious because of the colours and the busy design. Other than that the scarf is in excellent condition with no holes or snags. The scarf has a central picture of the Queen surrounded by a gilt border and the four corners have pictures of the Queen at various stages of the coronation with captions such as, 'God Save the Queen' and 'Long Live the Queen'. The outside border is in quite a bright pink which sets off the royal blues, reds and golds of the main body of the scarf beautifully. The whole scarf has feeling of brightness and energy. Like most of these scarves it was not high end at the time of the coronation and has done very well to last this long and in this condition. Perfect for re enactments or to wear whenever there is a royal event such as the diamond Jubilee.
