This is a dainty little 1950s chocolate mink brooch in the shape of a flower with mink petals and with faux pearls and pale blue rhinestones, with a slightly larger round faux opal at the centre. In the days when ladies aspired to owning a mink stole or jacket but couldn't quite justify the cost a touch of mink or musquash on a collar or brooch made up for it. It is beautiful and would look quite stunning on the lapel of a jacket or on a simple shift dress. It is in excellent condition, clearly well stored over the years and with a secure pin. It is perfect for a vintage event or to add a bit of old school glamour to a smart contemporary outfit.
