This is quite a large turtle skin handbag in a rich deep brown. It is in more of a matt finish than the more usual high gloss glazed finish found on turtle skin handbags. The handle is in excellent condition, firm and strong. The skins are in excellent condition with no cracking or splitting and very little evidence of wear, not even to the corners. There is the odd scuff to the outside and a few loose stitches but nothing to affect the integrity of the handbag. The inside is lined in smooth brown leather with zipped and slip pockets. The lining is clean and with no marks or stains just the odd scuff from slight use. The front of the handbag has a very attractive gilt twist clasp which is shiny and free of tarnish. The handbag is a very good size for every day use and robust enough too.
