It is in excellent condition with very little signs of use. The rigid rolled patent covered twin handles are uncreased with just the odd mark to show it's been used, a nice feature being the gilt end finials. The patent throughout is in excellent condition, minimal marks from age or use, with the gilt clasp still bright and shiny. The patent leather to the body of the handbag has minimal signs of wear, it has obviously been well looked after and stored well. The inside is lined in black grosgrain with zipped and slip pockets with the Jane Shilton fabric label sewn into the lining. The lining is clean and fresh with just the odd small mark, otherwise it looks new and unused.
