This is a beautiful and collectable silk scarf created by Liberty to commemorate HM the late Queen Elizabeth's silver jubilee in 1977. These scarves are becoming rare to find, especially in excellent condition and we all wish we had thought to buy one at the time... This is an exquisite example from Liberty, in excellent virtually pristine condition, looks quite unused and with no age marks. The colours are still vibrant and the silk is still crisp with no snags or pulled threads. It is a large scarf with a hand rolled hem and the Liberty name on the bottom corner.
A fabulous royal memento from top end brand Liberty which cn be framed but is also a very wearable item as the array of colours in the scarf would complement most outfits.
