Our returns policy is in line with UK consumer legislation and the distance selling regulations. So the return period lasts for 14 days from receipt of the item. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase arrived, a refund or exchange is at our discretion so please contact us to discuss.
Subject to the above, our returns policy is simple, your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
If you do wish to return, please email to let us know when you receive the item that you will be returning it and send it back within 14 days for a refund via the same method of payment you used to purchase.
Please return via a trackable service and, we recommend, an insured service as the item(s) is/are in your ownership until received by BSV
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm that we have received the item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is agreed the repayment will be processed via the original method of payment, within 2 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund within the time frame above, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit/debit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, we're sorry but unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item, eg if you have simply changed your mind, it doesn't suit/fit etc. Outward shipping costs are at our discretion and may be deducted from the refund, unless the reason for return is our fault.
If you are returning an item over £75, as advised above, you should consider using a trackable and insured shipping service as the item is your responsibility until it is delivered safely to us at BSV so if it doesn't arrive it is your responsibility to investigate with your chosen shipping company.
