This is an absolutely gorgeous little hornback crocodile clutch bag, bought in Singapore in the 70s and since then it has had very little use and been very well looked after. The glossy chestnut skins are still soft and supple with no cracking or splitting, the hornback is in excellent condition and the leather side gussets in a toning chestnut leather, have minimal marks from age or use. The inside is in similarly excellent condition, it is lined in a mid brown soft calf leather matching the side gussets and there is green cotton fabric to the base and sides. The leather lining has minor scuffing (please see the photos) as it's very soft leather and easily marked but it is very clean. There is a zipped pocket and slip pocket. There are brass rings for the addition of a chain so that it can be worn as a shoulder bag if required, but no chain with the bag.
