This is an adorable, boxy little snakeskin clutch bag with a long fold inside gilt chain. It is of excellent quality and in excellent condition, virtually pristine, with little evidence of use. We love the two tone snakeskin panel to the front in a rich rust brown and glossy black with black snakeskin to the back and sides. It is of excellent quality, made in England and would make a fabulous edition to any wardrobe, whether vintage or contemporary. The gilt frame, which is still bright and shiny, has minimal marks or loss of gilt and an attractive dainty gilt clasp. The clasp itself is a nice feature of the handbag, it is lovely with minimal loss of gilt. The frame inside where visible has no marks from use and no tarnish (please see photos). The long gilt shoulder chain is good heavy quality and tucks neatly into the inside, so available for carrying the clutch as a shoulder bag if required, handy when balancing drinks and canapés! The white leather lining is clean and free of any marks or stains and bears the label 'Made in England Genuine Snake'
