Amazing to think that we call items from the 80s and 90s vintage, it seems only yesterday! This we think is late 80s early 90s and is absolutely gorgeous and in a huge size, easily big enough to carry lots of 'stuff' and big enough for overnight or weekend use. The calf leather is soft yet strong in a wonderful bright blue colour, what used to be called 'sugar bag blue' .The bag is in a huge size, big and bold and very capacious. It looks hardly used with no damage and minimal scuffs to the leather on the corners, the handles look unused, firm, strong and uncreased. The sides are semi rigid, giving maximum space inside and the bag closes with magnetic leather covered top bars. Simple and elegant. The inside is lined in the same colour blue cotton fabric with a zipped pocket and slip pockets. The lining is clean with no marks or stains, just the odd pen mark to show it's been used. The brand name Vanda Francis is on a leather label on the lining.
A fabulous bag of excellent quality, big bold and blue, very eye catching, a real statement bag which is big enough for use as an everyday tote, a weekend or overnight bag and you are most unlikely to bump into anyone wearing the same! We love it for the colour and the size.
