How stunning is this gorgeous ice blue patent classic ladylike bag. It definitely has the wow factor, it's big, bold and in a gorgeous pale ice blue with a slight glittery sheen to the patent when looked at closely. It's made by Berné in California USA. The company was known for brightly coloured eye-catching bags and this is certainly one of them. It's in excellent condition, minimal scratches or scuffs to the patent, gilt studs to protect the base and firm and strong handles which are uncreased. The gilt clasp and frame are still shiny with minimal tarnish or loss of gilt. The handbag is lined in a caramel silky fabric which is clean with no marks or stains, just the odd pulled thread near the side gussets to show it's been used. The name Berné is embossed in tiny gilt letters on the fabric. There is a zipped pocket and slip pocket.
An amazing, very large in your face handbag, from a well known popular American brand. This will add the wow factor to any outfit, vintage or contemporary and is very rare to find in the UK, or in such great condition. The Liberty scarf is not included but pictured with the bag as the feathers pick out the colour of the handbag perfectly. Perfect gift for her.
