This is a most unusual and eye catching little mini handbag designed by Gabriel and Vanessa Itchak, a brother and sister design duo who made their name in the US design world by recycling junk into jewellery, bags and anything else quirky they could think of. Fun creations but saving the planet at the same time (and ahead of their time). This is one of their creations made with recycled plastic and paperback covers. The clear plastic of the bag is fastened with silver tone rivets, the handle is in recycled clear plastic with a central strand of silvertone beads (or more likely ball bearings) attaching the handle to the body of the bag. It is in excellent condition, few scratches and scuffs but cute and dainty and quite delightful. It doesn't hold much or any great weight but you wouldn't have to hunt for your car keys in the bottom of this bag.
A great little tiny handbag, eyecatching and a conversation piece, in great colours and perfect for vegans (well it is green!). Can be worn casually for day or evening, not high end, useful or capacious but a great (and different) piece of kit. Absolutely perfect for vintage events with its 50s vibe we love it! Perfect gift for her
It is 5" x 7.5" x 4"
