A beautuful collectable and rare Liberty of London 60s/70s large silk scarf, in a fine silk twill in iconic Collier Campbell 'Bauhaus' design, made in England. It's gorgeous scarf in a popular modernist design, printed and used on many fabrics and for home furnishings too and even framed on a wall. It has become a classic design and examples of it are exhibited in the the V&A, always a sign of good design and quality. It is in a large size, in very good condition but not pristine with a few pulled thread visible on close inspection but not at a glance and the silk perhaps not as crisp as when brand new. It has delicate colours of pink, pale blue, mint green and pale yellow with a black border and hand rolled hems. It has the Liberty logo in the bottom corner and made in England.
