We couldn't resist this little black leather purse, it is really cute with a map of Australia in kangaroo fur on the front and a strip of kangaroo fur along the bottom.We think it was probably a tourist souvenir from Australia (the map is a little clue) and as with most souvenirs, brought home and put away in a drawer. This looks as though it has never been used.The leather,possibly kangaroo leather, is very soft and has the words 'Genuine leather' and the letters 'M.L.G' on the bottom of the back of the purse.The fur is very thick and soft. There is a bright untarnished frame and clasp and the inside is lined in a very basic artisan quality cotton which is clean and looks unused.
A dainty little fun purse, perfect gift for a homesick Aussie to remind her (or him) of the homeland and a lot cheaper than the airfare home.
