This is beautiful large silk scarf from the Royal Collection at Buckingham Palace and in excellent, virtually pristine condition, there are a few marks but not noticeable unless looked for because of the design. This design is no longer available so quite rare. It depicts a scene from the grand piano in the White Drawing room (a room in which her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was often photographed with the piano in the background) and is absolutely gorgeous. It has a deep rich gold background with colourful reproductions of the painting on the grand piano in vivid blues, reds and green. The scarf has the name Buckingham Palace woven into the scarf and the care label still remains. It is made by Beckford Silk, a British company that has been making high quality silk scarves for very many high end companies and organisations around the world since 1975 and such is the quality of their scarves, even those sold under the Beckford own brand label are collectable in their own right.
A fabulous silk scarf, in a limited edition and very rare. It's in rich colours in a high quality silk twill from a high end collectable brand and in a rare design, perfect to wear or frame and hang on a wall, what's not to love! Perfect gift for her
It is 35" x 35"
