This is a super handbag, in excellent condition and from a high end brand. It is in a dainty style with an attractive gilt clasp, rolled lizard covered top bar with gilt end finials and slim twin handles. The lizard skin is in a lovely rich caramel colour with no splits or cracking, just the odd mark to the back and base from age. There is some ageing to the gilt frame and a few scratches to the top of the clasp but not noticeable at a glance. The Fassbender gilt bars are on the base of the handbag to protect it when put down onto surfaces, these show some tarnish and loss of gilt. The inside of the handbag is lined in a toning suede which shows little sign of use, no marks or stains, not even the ubiquitous pen marks. There are zipped and slip pockets. The Fassbender label is sewn into the lining
