This is a classy red lizard skin handbag from Waldybag made in the 60s/70s in a dainty almost slim square shape with a stitched front detail. It has twin rolled lizard handles and an eye catching small and dainty barrel shaped gilt clasp with inset lizard skin. It's in a rich raspberry red lizard skin which is in virtually in pristine condition, showing little signs of age or use to the lizard skins, minimal loss of colour to beading on the corners. There are no scratches, scuffs or other signs of wear to the front, base or back of the handbag. The twin rolled lizard handles are firm, intact and look unused with no creasing or discolouration from use. The gilt where visible is immaculate. The inside of the handbag is also in excellent condition with some discolouration (please see photos) but minimal marks and no stains to the tan suede lining. The original matching suede coin purse is still with the handbag. The name Waldybag is embossed in gilt on the lining. A high quality top end brand as worn by royalty.
