This is a gorgeous silk scarf in excellent, virtually pristine condition by Richard Allan. It is a rare design, a stylised splodge/leaf design in glorious rich deep colours of deep rust, burnt orange and tobacco brown on a rich cream background with a tobacco brown hem. It is in excellent quality silk with no evidence, that we can see, of age or use. It's beautiful with the silk still crisp and with a glossy sheen. The edges of the silk scarf are hand rolled, invariably a sign of a quality scarf, and still plump. The name Richard Allan is woven into the silk (visible in the main photo) but no care label remains attached to the hem.
An elegant, classic and classy silk scarf, in gorgeous rich Autumnal colours, it looks quality because it is and very on trend to complement Barbour jackets, tweeds and quilted country jackets. And brown is this seasons colour, brown is new black for this season! It is from a sought after collectable brand Richard Allan and a perfect gift for her.
It is 28"x 28"
